SHIPPING
Custom crafted shoes are shipped internationally from Italy via UPS, DHL and FedEx. Shipments to the EU, UK and USA are free of charge.
Customs taxes may apply for all other non-EU shipments. Depending on the country, these normally range between 3 to 10 percent of the total purchase value and are due upon receipt of the product.
PRE-ORDERS
We’re passionate about only producing in limited runs and custom crafting only what you buy, which reduces waste and is better for the planet and maintains an unrivaled custom quality. It also means that you can get your hands on sold-out styles.
When you pre-order, the items are reserved for you, and will be shipped out as soon as they are available.
If you order products that are already in stock together with pre-order items, we will send you two separate packages.
If you purchase more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, the products may be sent together on the latest date.
In either case, you will only be charged once the items have been shipped. Delivery is always free to USA, UK and EU.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and free, no-hassle returns policy. That means that you will receive a full refund if not completely satisfied with the order. You may return the purchased product(s) in pristine, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery free of charge if made through our designated international courier.
To request a refund, contact us at demilittrell@gmail.com. Our designated international courier will then collect your package at your confirmed shipping address with no hassle or cost to you.
EXCEPTIONS (NON-RETURNABLES):
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like: sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), as well as product(s)l that have not been returned in new and unworn condition or were returned using a courier other than the one we authorized.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

After you complete your order, we will send you an email confirming the details of the purchase and a link to track the delivery.
