Our shoes are crafted in Le Marche, Italy, also known as “The Shoe Valley," home to rich shoemaking tradition since 1901 and currently the home to top worldwide footwear intelligence, including an incomparable network of shoe factories and industry professionals.
The Shoe Valley is where our custom shoe designs are transformed into quality footwear. From pristine Italian leather, each pair of LITTRELL shoes are one-of-a-kind, handmade by master Italian craftsman who combine handcrafting tradition, quality and artistry for a product that’s world class style.
All shoes are created using pristine Italian leather or suede, and in some cases organic canvas.

How do I place an Order?
To shop online, simply add the products to your Shopping Bag and proceed to checkout.
You can place your order as a guest or register during checkout. Registering makes checkout even faster, as you can store your delivery, billing and payment details in your account for next time. After you complete your order, we will send you an email confirming the details of the purchase and a link to track the delivery.

what is a pre-order?
Some of our shoes are identified on our site as available for "pre-order." When you pre-order an item(s), you pay for the item(s) to be reserved for you and shipped to you as soon as the item(s) are available.
If you purchase more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, the products may be sent together on the latest date.
In either case, you will only be charged once the items have been shipped. Delivery is always free to USA, UK and EU.
Estimated delivery of pre-ordered items is generally 2-6 weeks. We reserve the right to cancel any style at any time and process a full refund.
Why do we offer pre-ordering?
We don't stock shoes. We custom craft only what you buy, which reduces waste, is better for the planet and maintains an unrivaled custom quality. You are getting hand crafted shoes, a luxury rarely available. Pre-ordering also means that you can get styles before anyone else.How do we ship pre-orders?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Custom shoes are shipped internationally from Italy via UPS, DHL and FedEx. Shipments to the EU, UK and USA are free of charge.
Custom taxes may apply for all other non-EU shipments. Depending on the country, these normally range between 3 to 10 percent of the total purchase value and are due upon receipt of the product.

EXCEPTIONS (NON-RETURNABLES) Certain types of items cannot be returned, like: sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), as well as shoes and apparel that have not been returned in new and unworn condition or were returned using a courier other than the one we authorize.
