Shoes must be sent back to us in pristine, unworn condition within 30 days after receiving the package to qualify for a refund. Contact us at help@littrellofficial.com to request a refund and confirm the shipping address. A delivery company will then collect your package with no hassle or cost to you. For the return to be valid, you must use our courier.
EXCEPTIONS (NON-RETURNABLES):
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like: sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), as well as shoes and apparel that have not been returned in new and unworn condition or were returned using a courier other than the one we dispatch.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
